My Approach
I take a holistic approach to tongue-tie assessment, looking beyond the tongue itself to your baby's whole feeding picture, including oral function, tone, tension, and any compensatory patterns they may have developed.
Appointments are available in the comfort of your own home or at the clinic in Taplow (SL6 0JU), and last 90-120 minutes. Each appointment includes feeding support (whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding), a thorough tongue-tie assessment, and division where appropriate.
In many cases, division can be carried out during the assessment appointment itself. For more complex cases, however, a phased approach may be needed - starting with exercises to address compensatory tension and improve mobility and oral function, before division can take place. For this reason, assessment and division are priced separately.
Every tongue-tie division includes a post procedure review in the clinic plus ongoing support by phone, text / WhatsApp, or email after your appointment.
